PlenaForm is a raised floor baffle solution that directs sub-floor airflow in data centres. It prevents the cooled air in the raised floor from spreading across a large area and escaping which would reduce the flow rate and air pressure in the raised floor. It directs the cooled air efficiently to the raised floor openings along the shortest route which allows the output of the cooling systems to be reduced, significantly lowering the amount of energy consumed by the systems.

PlenaForm solves the problem of thermal imbalances in data centres. The baffles are suitable for vertical or horizontal installation in the raised floor and can be adjusted to meet any height or width requirement. They can be installed quickly and easily with rivets – no tools necessary. The flexibility of the blanking panel material makes it possible to bend the panels to any angle upon installation, e.g. to install them around the raised floor pedestal or support. PlenaForm is made of an inert polypropylene compound that is non-conductive and non-hygroscopic. PlenaForm fully complies with RoHS and WEEE and has a fire rating of UL 94 V-0.
